Rate includes:
Two hour set up plus two hours to include ceremony,
photography and clean up
Saturday reception or wedding/reception: Book Friday for $400.00

Includes: 9:00am-10pm set up / Friday rehearsal / Rehearsal dinner is optional.
For a Pavilion wedding, The Chapel is available to the wedding party for dressing and photography, and is the alternate ceremony site in the event of rain.
Deposit:
$400.00 ($200.00 non-refundable reservation deposit / $200.00refundable damage deposit)
Half of the balance is due six months prior to the wedding date. Final balance is due three months prior to the wedding date.
For bookings within six months of the event date, half of the rental fee is required as a deposit (plus damage deposit). Reservation deposit and scheduled payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Early payments and damage deposits are refundable.
Close time is 10:30pm (music ended by 10:15pm) followed by one hour clean up.

Seating capacity:
The Barn 75-95 in lower level and 50 (or 25 plus buffet table) in upper level (max. 150 with limited seating)
The Lillie House 40-50 (max. 60 with limited seating) The Chapel - up to 75 The Pavilion - 150+ Patios, porches and lawns may be used to
accommodate larger numbers at The Barn and The Lillie House in fair weather.
Candelabras, linens, white wooden chairs, and other accessories are now available for rent. Call for more information.
